Payment Methods

If you are unable to attend:

    1. Refund requests made 30 days prior to the conference: A 30% administrative fee will be charged, and the remaining balance will be refunded.

    2. Refund requests made 7 days prior to the conference: A 50% administrative fee will be charged, and the remaining balance will be refunded.

    3. Refund requests made within 7 days (inclusive) of the conference: No refund will be issued.
